CENTRAL ESCAPES

Central Escapes is your perfect vacation spot when you want comfort, style and a place that feels like home. Every stay is in a central location, right in the heart of towns and villages, that’s why we chose the name Central Escapes. We opened our first Central Escapes apartment (Penthouse 333a) in 2023 above our family restaurant Central Park in Middlesbrough. After over 40 years of hospitiality experience, we’ve learned how to create a warm, welcoming stay and look after guests with real care. In December 2025, thanks to amazing feedback from our guests, we opened our second Central Escapes property (Rose Cottage) in Whitby. In 2026 we’re opening new properties in Cartmel and Staithes, with more locations planned for the future. All of our properties are designed and finished to a very high standard. Each one has its own unique style that reflects the local area, with interiors that are carefully hand‑picked. Guests love our interiors, friendly communication and the little extras we include, like board games, restaurant vouchers and breakfast items. Central Escapes is run by me, Ross - an Airbnb Superhost. So you can expect thoughtful touches and a great experience every time you stay with us.
